1.1. All sales of digital eBooks are final. Once an eBook is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
1.2. By completing a purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

2.1. Technical Issues:

  • If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or downloading the purchased eBook, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
  • We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

2.2. Duplicate Purchases:

  • If you accidentally purchase the same eBook more than once, please contact us with proof of the duplicate transaction.
  • A refund for the duplicate purchase may be issued.

2.3. Defective Files:

  • If the eBook file is corrupted or incomplete, please contact us with details of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement file or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

3. Requesting a Refund

3.1. To request a refund, contact us at info@chapterbytes.com with the following details:

  • Your name and email address used for the purchase.
  • Order number or transaction ID.
  • A description of the issue.

3.2. Refund requests must be submitted within  7 days of the purchase date.

4. Processing Refunds

4.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following:
5.1. Change of mind after purchase.
5.2. Failure to read the product description or compatibility requirements before purchase.
5.3. Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of the eBook.
